Terms of Use

Signavos lets you upload documents, send them for electronic signature, and track completion. You pay per signature at the price shown at checkout, using one-time credit packs purchased in the app. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) using it unlawfully or to defraud; (b) uploading infringing, malicious, or unlawful content; (c) sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages; (d) probing, scraping, or interfering with the Service or attempting to bypass its security. You are responsible for the documents you send and for obtaining any required consent from recipients to sign electronically.

Signatures captured through the Service are intended to satisfy applicable e-signature laws (such as the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA). We maintain a tamper-evident audit trail, but we do not guarantee that any particular signature will be held valid in a specific jurisdiction or proceeding.

Credit packs are paid for through Paddle, the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle processes the payment and handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds for the transaction. The payment, billing, tax, and refund terms that apply are set out in Paddle's buyer terms and Paddle's refund policy. To request a refund, visit Paddle.net. Prices may change; the price at checkout governs each purchase.

The Company and its licensors retain ownership of the Service and its software, design, content, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer them. You retain ownership of the documents you upload.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
